"What Did You Say?!: clear and effective communication in relationships"-do
you find yourself reacting to the same situations over and over again? do you
have challenging listening or communicating in your relationships? Do you
want to shift the way you listen and communicate to a more effective and
easier way? this is a workshop and class designed to support people in
learning how to communicate and listen more clearly in their relationships,
especially when there are intense reactions and emotions at play. You will
leave with a deeper understanding of what it means to listen and
communicate clearly, as well as how to be able to recognize your own
patterns, reactions, and habitual behaviors that arise in your relationships. I
will provide exercises and tools that you will be able to bring back into your
own life to allow you to have easier, clearer communication.
Power, Service, and Integrity-this workshop is an in-depth conversation
about bringing in service as a way of being to create more of a connection
with Spirit and self. I will talk about what power, service, and integrity are,
while also providing tools and exercises to allow you to go deeper with each
of those aspects. You will walk away with a better understanding of what
service is to you, as well as some practical tools to go deeper with in your life.
“Spice it Up”- This workshop is designed to bring in more sensuality and
passion to your sex life whether you have a partner or not. This is a great
workshop for couples, though singles are very welcome. I will provide
exercises and tools to bring in more sensuality, play with various senses,
presence, and getting more comfortable with the body and communication.
“Spice it Up, Again!”- This is the second class in the sensuality series. This
workshop wll ofer a question and answer session with Sexpert, Arielle.
There will also be fun exercises and tools to bring in more sensuality, play
with various senses, presence, and getting more comfortable with the body
and communication. You don't have to have attended the first one to attend
this one and it will not be a repeat of the first for hose returning.
"Spice it Up, Part 3-Food and Sex": This class will offer both sensual food
play, as well as some recipes to turn up the heat on these warm summer
nights. You will walk away with some fun food sex tips as well as
aphrodisiac recipes to bring home to your favorite play partner or for yourself

Ever wanted to learn and know more about various sex acts from the most
innocent to most obscure and kinky? Do you just want someone to talk to
about sex? I am offering one-on-one work with you or work with a group of
individuals to teach the most basic to the more adventurous areas of
sexuality. I can teach you some basics on sexual anatomy, safe sex
practices and STD’s, bedroom communication, sex toys, and positioning, as
well orgasms and beyond. I can also cover the more kinky areas of sexuality
and teach you about impact play (flogging, whipping, spanking, canes,
paddles, etc.), sensation play (sensory deprivation, temperature play), to the
more edgy acts (needle play, knife play, cuttings, fire play), as well as power
play and power dynamics in relationships. I can do one time sessions and
classes or group work or work with you or a group on a continuous basis.
Arielle is a queer Leather Dyke and Shamanic Warrior. She has been active
in leather communities since 2003 and sat on the Boards of the Exiles, SF
Citadel, SF Boys of Leather, and PerverCity. She has taught classes for
Screw Up, Youth Gender Project, GenderBlast, Lyric, the SF Citadel, Society of
Janus, smOdyssey, the Wet Spot, Living in Leather Arizona, OneTasteSF,
Bound By Desire, and SAADE. She is also a graduate of the Journeyman
Academy. She is the creator, founder, and former organizer of the Queer
Playground and San Francisco Kinky Queers, as well as the Queer Leather
Nosh. She discovered her path of service in 2004 and is currently
apprenticing with various shamanic and spiritual teachers on her path
towards awareness and awakening. Her passions and inspirations are the
merging of BDSM and spiritual worlds to create openings for transformation
and awakening with play, fun, love, and joy.
"The Power of Service and Integrity" this workshop is an in-depth
conversation about bringing in service as a way of being to create more of a

“Beyond Words: cultivating stillness and clarity in the eye of the storm”: a
workshop and class designed to support people in learning how to
communicate and listen more clearly in their relationships, especially when
there are intense reactions and emotions at play. This class is designed to
provide tools, exercises, and practices that enable an individual to creatively
use their own abilities of intuition to navigate listening and communication
within their relationships and specifically within relationships that have an
element of a power dynamic (D/s and M/s relationships). Ever wanted to be
able to listen from a place of clarity and stillness, and respond from a place of
clarity and not react from old patterns? You will leave with a deeper
understanding of what it means to listen and communicate clearly, as well as
how to be able to recognize your own patterns, reactions, and habitual
behaviors that arise in your relationships. I will provide exercises and tools
that you will be able to bring back into your own life to allow you to have
easier, clearer communication.
“Trigger Happy: intentional and conscious trigger, reaction, and fear play”
This class is designed to look at the origin of triggers and fears and how they
inhibit our lives. After beginning to uncover these triggers, we will look at how
we can use these triggers in S/m play and in M/s, D/s, and other power
dynamic relationships to both move through the triggers and heal from them,
as well as utilizing the energy from the fear and the triggers to create and set
intention in our lives. Attendees are encouraged to bring examples of triggers
from their own lives to explore some possible ways to utilize them their BDSM
lives and in play.
"Ritual BDSM" – some basic tools for creating sacred space and ceremony
and using SM as a means to set intention, release energetically, and create
openings both spirituality and energetically (chakras, etc.). This class will
explore using ritual in SM play and practice, as well as using SM as a means
to set intention, release energetically, and create openings both spirituality
and energetically (chakras, etc.). We will explore methods for creating ritual
and how to incorporate SM into each step. We will discuss the creative
process of including any kind of ritual in SM practice. I will be combining a
blend of pagan, eastern, and western ritual and beliefs and encourage
participants to bring their own to share. We will also explore intuitive play and
developing one’s intuition through exercises, and practices. We will look at
various types of play that can be used to raise energy, release blocked
energy, and open ourselves up to any possibility we invent for our lives.
"Transformational BDSM": (this class goes hand in hand with Ritual BDSM)
Using BDSM as a tool for transformation and awakening. This one can look
at both SM as a tool for transformation and awakening and then move into
D/s and M/s relationships and using those as tools and reflection. We will

obstacles in our lives. We create and transform so much energy in scene
and in power dynamics, why not use that energy and have a focus with it?

learn more about how to bring life to your fantasies? Whatever you’ve been
fantasizing about, it’s highly probably that you’re not alone and highly
possible it can be brought to life in a safe and consensual setting. This class
will explore the basic concepts of bondage and discipline, dominance and
submission, and sadism and masochism. We will discuss each of these
concepts and the many ways these play out in kinky lifestyles. We will also
cover safety, negotiation, playing and community. Come with questions as
there will be time for Q and A at the end.
“The Spirit of BDSM”: This class is an introduction to spirituality and BDSM.
Many of us our drawn to BDSM because we know that this type of play goes
beyond that which our minds and bodies can comprehend. This class will
look at the basics of where the spirit, God/Goddess, the Divine and BDSM
intersect. We will also explore some basics ways to bring more spirituality
and Divinity into our BDSM and sex play. There will be time for discussion
and Q&A so come with questions!
Spiritual BDSM relationship and play coaching: I offer group, partner, and
individual coaching for those interested in playing with power dynamics or
sadism and masochism for the purposes of gaining spiritual and self
growth. I support individuals, partners, and groups using my knowledge of
Shamanism and other spiritual practices in combination with D/s, M/s, and
S/M to become more aligned spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally, and
energetically. I am available to do on-going group work or individual and

She has a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Women's Studies, has training in crisis management and mental health, has a certificate for sex educators training through San Francisco Sex Information (http://sfsi.org/). She is currently apprenticing in the Toltec traditions with Heather Ash Amara and Raven Smith on her path towards awareness and awakening.
