"Toltec Basics"-various classes and workshops that explore "The Four Agreements", shamanic and energy tools and practices, awareness practices, and self-inquiry and freedom.

"Beyond Words!: clear and effective communication in relationships"-do you find yourself reacting to the same situations over and over again?  do you have challenging listening or communicating in your relationships?  Do you want to shift the way you listen and communicate to a more effective and easier way?  this is a workshop and class designed to support people in learning how to communicate and listen more clearly in their relationships, especially when there are intense reactions and emotions at play.  You will leave with a deeper understanding of what it means to listen and
communicate clearly, as well as how to be able to recognize your own patterns, reactions, and habitual behaviors that arise in your relationships.  I will provide exercises and tools that you will be able to bring back into your own life to allow you to have easier, clearer communication.

"Power, Service, and Integrity"-this workshop is an in-depth conversation about bringing in service as a way of being to create more of a connection with Spirit and self.  I will talk about what power, service, and integrity are, while also providing tools and exercises to allow you to go deeper with each of those aspects.  You will walk away with a better understanding of what service is to you, as well as some practical tools to go deeper with in your life.

“Spice it Up”- This workshop is designed to bring in more sensuality and passion to your sex life whether you have a partner or not. This is a great workshop for couples, though singles are very welcome. I will provide exercises and tools to bring in more sensuality, play with various senses, presence, and getting more comfortable with the body and communication.

“Spice it Up, Again!”- This is the second class in the sensuality series.  This workshop will offer a question and answer session with Sexpert, Arielle. There will also be fun exercises and tools to bring in more sensuality, play with various senses, presence, and getting more comfortable with the body and communication. You don't have to have attended the first one to attend this one and it will not be  a repeat of the first for those returning.

"Spice it Up, Part 3-Food and Sex"- This class will offer both sensual food play, as well as some recipes to turn up the heat in you life! You will walk away with some fun food sex tips as well as aphrodisiac recipes to bring home to your favorite play partner or for yourself!

“Trigger Happy: intentionally and consciously using triggers, reactions, and fears on our spiritual paths” -This class is designed to look at the origin of triggers and fears and how they inhibit our lives.  After beginning to uncover these triggers, we will look at how we can use these triggers in our personal lives to both move through the triggers and heal from them, as well as utilizing the energy from the fear and the triggers to create and set intention in our lives.  Attendees are encouraged to bring examples of triggers from their own lives to explore some possible ways to utilize them in their practices.

Relationships and Sex

I offer classes and coaching sessions dealing with issues that arise in relationship and with sex and sexuality.  I provide a confidential, non-judgmental, clear, and compassionate space for those working to heal aspects of themselves in relationship and with sexuality.  I can do one time sessions and classes or group work or work with you or a group on a continuous basis.
